The Privateers Motorcycle Club was formed in 2001 by a group of friends, many of them veterans, who shared a strong bond formed through experience, travel, and a common outlook on personal freedom and society.
Privateers MC fights for individual freedom and supports personal growth, mental health & well-being globally.
We envision a global brotherhood of riders who support each other in becoming stronger individuals, while preserving the core value of personal freedom.
The lineage of the patches of the Privateers and Heraldry of its colors and history

The Privateers Motorcycle Club is a brotherhood of like-minded Patriots. Privateers believe in the Constitution of the United States of America. Privateers do not believe the Constitution or Bill of Rights is open to interpretation, but that the Founding Fathers knew what they were doing when they created the “freest nation on Earth.”
Privateers MC was formed in 2001 after a group of friends, most of them disillusioned veterans. Soon after meeting in the Caribbean they took up the bonds of brotherhood, understanding their common insight into the future of the nation they once stood to protect.
What these men foresaw, was the sad, slow demise of the democracy through the abuses of the American people by the Federal Government. Since the unconstitutional organization of the Federal Reserve System in 1913, America has been seemingly doomed to be torn apart from the inside, by the very government created to protect and uphold the God-given rights of its people.
A Privateer is one who by choice or circumstance finds himself living outside of "societies acceptable social norms". they choose to live by their own values, standards and laws. A Privateer does not generally see himself as a criminal but will not shy away from being called an outlaw. Privateers MC is still considered to be an "outlaw" club by the "authorities" in the federal government. Many times the individual does not set out to live this type of life, but instead feel that they have been forced in to making the decision to separate themselves by what they believe to be an oppressive government, failing society or both. Some may be outcasts or adventurers but many would be considered upstanding members of society.
Privateers today do not in anyway desire anarchy or lawlessness. But instead seek the freedom to live by basic laws and the rights given every man to be free from oppression. This path is notwithout consequence many times the individual finds himself in situations that may be very unfamiliar, uncomfortable, hostile or even life threatening. It is inthese times a Privateer must be able to depend on his brothers in arms to get him through.
As the Privateers Motorcycle Club, we believe all people are born with the inherent right to live their lives however they see fit, as long as they do not infringe on the rights of others. We believe that the Constitution and Bill of Rights were meant to ensure this idea, but today they seem to rarely be followed for our benefit. We were taught from birth that America was a free country, but the obvious reality is that it has never been as free as advertised. The mission of the Privateers Motorcycle Club is to fight for that dream. As an international club, we believe these ideals of individual freedom are not limited to the United States, but for the whole world.
The Privateers Motorcycle Club is a brotherhood dedicated to supporting men’s personal growth, mental health, and general well-being in a world where that type of support is becoming much harder to find. We believe that the MC culture can be a powerful and positive influence in the world, and functions at it’s best when the entire MC community operates as a support group for each other.

The colors and patches of the Privateers Motorcycle Club represent identity, commitment, and respect for the brotherhood. Every patch earned is a reflection of time, loyalty, conduct, and dedication to the club and its members.
Patches are not given lightly—they are earned through consistency, trust, and alignment with the values of the Privateers MC.

The Privateers MC wear the colors Teal and Black. Teal to represent the colors of the Caribbean where our club was born. Black is the color of pirates, their flags, every readily available riding vest in arms reach. The flintlock pistol and the cutlass were the tools of the Pirate of old. It also shows that we are willing to fight for our cause.... The helmsman's wheel represents control over your heading, control over your future. And the Captain is representative of leadership and of leading the charge into battle, as many captains of the past did. Combined, Privateers will fight to steer this Nation back on the right path, fight to restore our rights, and fight to live once again in a free nation. We will help steer the People toward that freedom, and you can be damn sure that we will be on the tip of the spear the whole way; leading the charge.

Each element of the Privateers MC patch carries meaning:
The patch is not decoration—it is identity.
