By-Laws

Be a biological male with OEM parts
Be 21 years of age
Own a road-worthy motorcycle with an engine displacement of at least fifty (50) cubic-inches or eight-hundred-fifty (850) cubic-centimeters;
Possess a valid license to operate a motorcycle in the jurisdiction in which they reside, if such is required by statute;
Not currently be or have been law-enforcement or corrections officer or agent of any kind, nor an employee of any kind of the same;
Not currently be the subject of any warrant, charged with a felony, or serving any portion of a felony sentence, including parole;
Not use, produce, possess, transport, or sell any narcotic substance, excepting proper use of medical prescription;
Not currently be a hang-around, prospect, or member of any other motorcycle club, nor hold membership in any organization that may conflict with membership with the Club;
Reside no further than one hundred (100) miles from where your local charter
Submit to a thorough background check

Members are expected to:
